What your checkout covers — short, plain English, no traps.

Your checkout is a single Stripe payment page covering two things, both charged today: a one-time $499 setup fee and your first month of the plan you chose — Starter $199/mo or Pro $399/mo. Your card is saved for the monthly renewals, which bill on the same day each month.
We build everything for you on one phone call, then send you an approval page. Any time before you approve your setup, we refund everything you paid — the $499 setup fee and your first month — within 7 business days; email hello@avenora.ai. Or just tell us on the call. The refund goes to your original payment method and we cancel the subscription. Nothing owed.
Your first monthly payment is charged together with the $499 setup fee when you check out, and your billing cycle runs from that day. We set everything up for you on one phone call — typically the same day — so your service is live almost immediately. If you cancel before approving your setup, we refund everything you paid (see below).
Once you tap approve on your setup page, the $499 has been applied to your completed setup and becomes non-refundable. The monthly plan stays month-to-month with no penalty — cancel any month and the subscription ends at the period's close. See our main Terms of Service.
Changed your mind before we finish setup? Email or text us. We refund everything you paid — setup fee and first month — cancel the subscription, and release your slot. No penalty, no questions.
We notify you and Stripe retries automatically. If payment ultimately can't be collected, service is suspended until it's resolved — your number and configuration are kept so reactivation is immediate.
Cancel any time and your phone number arrangements are unwound per our Terms of Service — forwarding is simply switched off by you, and any number we provisioned for you can be ported out.
Write to hello@avenora.ai with the email you used to pay. We process within 7 business days via Stripe to the original card. We do not require you to fill out a form, jump on a save-call, or explain why.
