Pre-order Terms
What your $499 deposit covers — short, plain English, no traps.

What the pre-order covers
Your $499 deposit reserves a setup slot in our Phase 1 alpha cohort (10 HVAC shops total, first-come). When your slot comes up we run the 60–90 minute white-glove setup call — Jobber/HCP wired, on-call rotation configured, live test call passed.
The deposit is fully refundable
Anytime before your white-glove setup call has been completed. Email hello@avenora.ai and we refund within 7 business days to the original payment method via Stripe.
Applied to setup fee
If you proceed past the setup call, the $499 deposit is credited dollar-for-dollar against your $499 one-time setup fee. Effectively the setup fee is zero if you stay; the deposit just moved the money earlier in time.
After setup
Once the setup call is complete and the test call passes, the deposit becomes non-refundable (because it's already been applied to the setup fee). At that point, the 30-day money-back guarantee on the monthly subscription kicks in instead — see our main Terms of Service.
Slot reservation
Deposit holds your slot in queue order. We onboard cohorts of 2–3 shops per week starting Hafta 5. Your spot in the queue is whatever order your deposit was processed in.
No charges until activation
We do not charge the monthly subscription fee until your service is live and answering real calls. The deposit is the only charge before go-live.
Cancel slot, keep money
If your circumstances change before the setup call, just email and tell us. We refund the deposit and release your slot to the next person in queue. No penalty, no questions.

Write to hello@avenora.ai with the email you used to pay. We process within 7 business days via Stripe to the original card. We do not require you to fill out a form, jump on a save-call, or explain why.
