What your checkout covers — short, plain English, no traps.

What one checkout covers
Your checkout is a single Stripe payment page covering two things: a one-time $499 setup fee (charged today) and your monthly plan — Starter $199/mo or Pro $399/mo — which starts only after your first free week. Your card is saved at checkout; nothing else is charged that day.
The setup fee is fully refundable until you approve your setup
We build everything for you on one phone call, then send you an approval page. Any time BEFORE you tap approve on that page, email hello@avenora.ai (or just tell us on the call) and we refund the full $499 to your original payment method within 7 business days, and cancel the subscription — nothing owed.
Your first week is free
The monthly plan begins with a 7-day free trial that starts at checkout. Setup normally completes within a day or two, so your service is live well before your first monthly charge. If setup takes longer than the trial for reasons on our side, we extend the trial — you are not billed for a service that isn't live.
After you approve
Once you approve your setup (and hear your own AI answer on the test call), the $499 has been applied to your completed setup and becomes non-refundable. The monthly plan stays month-to-month with no penalty — cancel any month and the subscription ends at the period's close. See our main Terms of Service.
Canceling before setup
Changed your mind before we finish setup? Email or text us. We refund the $499, cancel the subscription before it ever bills, and release your slot. No penalty, no questions.
If a monthly payment fails
We notify you and Stripe retries automatically. If payment ultimately can't be collected, service is suspended until it's resolved — your number and configuration are kept so reactivation is immediate.
You keep your number
Cancel any time and your phone number arrangements are unwound per our Terms of Service — forwarding is simply switched off by you, and any number we provisioned for you can be ported out.
Need a refund? Email us.
Write to hello@avenora.ai with the email you used to pay. We process within 7 business days via Stripe to the original card. We do not require you to fill out a form, jump on a save-call, or explain why.
