We started Avenora because the HVAC business owners we talked to all had the same problem: their best lead-generation channel — the phone — was unanswered most evenings, every weekend, and during every service call. The fix wasn't a smarter voicemail. It was a receptionist who actually answers.

Most got my voicemail. The few that picked up were the dispatcher or the owner's wife, mid-job, mid-call, sometimes mid-meal. Every one of them said the same thing: “If I could afford a real receptionist, I'd hire one tomorrow.”
So we built one — bilingual, never sleeps, hands off the gas-leak call to a human before the AI even finishes its sentence. We're a small team based out of Pennsylvania. If you're running an HVAC shop anywhere in the US and losing calls after five, we'd like to talk.
How we build
Three principles that decide every product call we make.
Built for trades, not for tech.
Most AI receptionists are designed for SaaS demos. Avenora is designed for the shop owner who keeps the dispatcher's number in their pocket because the front desk goes home at five.
Safety over speed.
If the call mentions a gas smell, the AI hangs back and bridges a person within sixty seconds. We will never optimize that path away to save a minute on average handle time.
Honest about what we don't do.
We're a small team. We tell you when a feature is roadmap, when it's beta, and when it's live. That's how the trades have always worked — and it's how we'll work too.
